Building volume and house type:
This cluster covers a land area of about 100,000 ㎡ and a construction area of about 70,000 ㎡. Star Sea Yacht Villa has a construction area of about 288-345㎡, located next to an 8,000-mu lake. There are four house types and detached villas, more functional than traditional villas. Every house has a private yacht dock that overlooks water, and the back yard leads directly to the watercourse.
Design concept:
“Mayland Lake Town” is built by reference to San Antonio, USA by the internationally renowned interior design company Design Arc. The purpose is to “make the villa as transparent as a yacht and maximize the exposure to water, air and sunlight” and to bring more pleasant experience in family life, corporate club leisure and vacation. Each house has a “doorway yacht”, which is laid out in a well-proportioned way along the lake shore, and a wide view of the lake can be seen from all the houses. Each building is unique and has a different architectural style. This is the result of the brainwork of the designers from ARC Design. Pritzker Prize winner Ieoh Ming Pei once said, "Let the light do the design", and Mayland City applies that novel concept to the extreme. These masters use an ingenious way to connect skylights and corner windows to the high ceilings to let in plenty of light to create a broader space. Moreover, floor-to-ceiling windows and LOW-E energy-efficient noise-reducing double glazing glass are used in larger areas, allowing you to see the stars from the living room, bedroom and even the bathroom.
