    Mayland is committed to become a learning-oriented company. Mayland established the Business School in May 2014, and it launches more than a 100 training courses every year, to develop and foster high-caliber middle and high-level personnel who can meet the needs of different enterprises and industries.

    The Business School has a strong team of accredited lecturers, including senior business managers and directors of various functional departments. The Business School systematically carries out TTT training to share expertise and experience with each member of Mayland.

商學(xué)院每月定期開(kāi)展新員工入職培訓課程,通過(guò)破冰互動(dòng)、企業(yè)文化、發(fā)展歷程、應知應會(huì )等多樣的授課方式,促使新員工快速融入企業(yè),正式成為美林大家庭的一份子.
外訓花絮
商學(xué)院定期輸送中高層管理人員、儲備骨干、優(yōu)秀員工、內訓師參加行業(yè)各類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)課程,像“海綿”一樣,吸收行業(yè)先進(jìn)知識,為美林業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng )新、進(jìn)階帶來(lái)“質(zhì)”的變化,同時(shí)通過(guò)多維度的外訓課程,有助于提升員工的綜合素質(zhì)能力,開(kāi)闊視野.
內訓花絮
商學(xué)院結合美林戰略發(fā)展需要,啟動(dòng)項目人才發(fā)展計劃,在集團內組建了一批資深專(zhuān)業(yè)的內訓師,每月定期開(kāi)展切入業(yè)務(wù)的培訓課程,從“挖掘您的優(yōu)勢”項目啟動(dòng)會(huì )開(kāi)始,陸續開(kāi)展了“結構設計專(zhuān)業(yè)培訓課程”“大運營(yíng)管理培訓課程”“明源成本管理培訓課程”“美衛士-第一期人力資源專(zhuān)項培訓課程”等,為美林業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展開(kāi)啟培訓征程.
